Manuscripts shall go through various review stages in their consideration for publication in the Journal.
Preliminary Review
The members of the Editorial Board go through a selection and evaluation process for every manuscript. This method serves as the journal's initial selection to ascertain whether the articles are of exceptional academic quality and have complied with the journal's submission rules, focus, and breadth. We also employ a language review in our preliminary screening process to ensure that the contents of the manuscript are comprehensible. We suggest that the authors must have their manuscripts proofread before submission. Please take note that the Journal currently accepts manuscripts in the English language alone. The manuscripts that lie outside the domain of the Journal, or do not adhere to submission rules, or are incoherent shall be rejected at this stage.
Plagiarism Test
The Journal forbids both self-plagiarism and plagiarism. It is the duty of each author to guarantee that the work they submit to this journal is original, previously unpublished, and free of plagiarism. We use plagiarism detection tools (Turnitin) on all submissions as a standard practice. Manuscripts having more than 10% similarity index shall not be accepted. Further, manuscripts having AI generated content shall not be accepted. We reserve the right to take necessary action in cases where a manuscript is discovered to contain plagiarism, third-party copyright material without consent or without requisite acknowledgement, or where the authorship of the article is disputed. If plagiarism is discovered in the manuscript, the Editorial Board has the authority to reject the submission.
Peer-Review
The manuscripts that pass the preliminary review and plagiarism test shall reach this stage. The double-blind peer review procedure, in which reviewers and authors are unaware of one another's identities, is used in the review process. Editors will send a manuscript to two reviewers who are specialists in the subject field. Reviewers are responsible for evaluating originality, presentation clarity, and contribution to the body of existing knowledge. The evaluation procedure is usually finished in three weeks by the reviewers.
The reviewers may accept the manuscript for publication in the form in which they are submitted, accept it with minor or major changes, or reject the manuscript. The final decision regarding acceptance of the manuscript rests solely with the Editorial Board after taking into account the comments of the reviewers.
Revision
The manuscript will be returned to the author when the reviewer suggests any minor or significant changes. Authors shall be given ten days to make significant changes to accepted submissions. On the other hand, five days shall be given for modifications to accepted papers with only minor changes.
Final Decision
At this stage, the manuscript shall be reassessed by the Editorial Board to make sure the author has addressed the reviewers' concerns. If the author did not take the necessary changes seriously, the paper can still be rejected in this final decision.
Proofreading
After acceptance by the Editorial Board, the manuscript shall undergo a proofreading so as to maintain grammatical correctness and linguistic sanctity.
Declaration regarding Copyright, and no conflict of interest
Once the paper has been accepted for publication, the authors shall be asked to submit a declaration regarding Copyright, and no conflict of interest.
Publication
After the declarations are received from authors of all manuscripts confirmed for publication, the Journal shall be published. A communication shall be shared with the authors upon publication of the Journal. The duration of time that shall be taken for publication would be 30 days from the first decision.
