Editor's

Editor's responsibility towards Authors: Following is the list of responsibility of Editors to Authors regarding their manuscript and research publication.

  1. Provide complete guideline for manuscript preparation and submitting process. Provide clear information of scope of journal.
  2. Consider all authors with equality, politeness, impartiality, trustworthiness, and transparency.
  3. System should be established for effective and speedy peer review process. Editorial resolutions should be quick and communicate it to the author in clear and constructive manner.
  4. It is responsibility of Editor to protect the confidentiality of author and their work.
  5. Being attentive in avoiding the possible delay of review process.
  6. Creating clear guidelines for authors regarding sharing of experimental materials and information during the publication process.
  7. Editor needs to regularly review and revise the policies for ethical issues, claims or findings of misconduct by authors and any other person involved in the peer review process.
  8. Clearly declare all editorial policies and standards.

Editor's responsibility towards Reviewer: Following is the list of responsibilities of Editors towards Reviewer regarding paper review process.

  1. All assigned papers to reviewers for review should be related to the reviewer’s expertise and area of interest in particular field.
  2. Process should be established for reviewers to make sure that reviewer treat the manuscript confidentially and complete the review process timely.
  3. Provide information to reviewers that they have to maintain privacy of manuscript and not allowed to use any of the work explain in manuscript or not to take any advantage of the knowledge they gained during review process until the manuscript is published.
  4. Providing instructions to reviewer regarding journal’s expectations for the scope, content, quality, and timeliness of their reviews to promote thoughtful, fair, constructive, and informative critique of the submitted work.
  5. Consider all the authors with equality, politeness, impartiality, trustworthiness, and transparency.
  6. Clarify with reviewer regarding conflicts of interest and make sure that they provide an unbiased review.
  7. Give sufficient time to review the manuscript for quality review process.
  8. Identify the method to provide recognition to the reviewers and their contribution.
